What’s the reason why the all-in-one woven bag cutting and sewing machine skips stitches?
The emergence of the woven bag cutting and printing all-in-one machine and the all-in-one cutting and sewing machine has facilitated many woven bag factories. However, sometimes if we operate improperly, stitches will skip. When this phenomenon occurs, we should stop the equipment immediately and conduct inspections. For this reason, let me introduce to you the reasons for needle skipping:
1. The outlining was done too early.
Solution: Raise the needle 2.5-3mm from its lowest point, and the hook tip should be 0.5-1min higher than the needle hole.
2. The needle plate hole is too large.
Solution: Replace the small needle plate
3. Presser foot height is too high
Solution: The presser foot height should be approximately 0.5mm higher than the fabric thickness.
4. The notch of the needle and the position of the hook are too large.
Solution: The left and right positions of the needle notch and the hook tip should be 0.1-1mm.
Actually, these are all minor issues. As long as we pay attention to these situations during future operations, we can avoid problems such as skipped threads on the woven bag machine.
