Precautions for Woven Bag Cutting, Sewing, Printing and Collection Machine
What are the precautions for operating a woven bag cutting, sewing, printing, and collection integrated machine?
1. Preheat the cutter for 10 minutes before turning on the machine, setting the temperature to 300℃.
2. Add machine oil to the gears, bearings, and all transmission parts of the cutting machine, and add white oil to the sewing machine. Thread the sewing machine.
3. Lift the fabric roll onto the machine frame, and guide the fabric end through the feed roller → tension roller → guide device → photoelectric sensor → feed roller → cutter in sequence. The cut bag pieces are pushed to the sewing machine by the bag gripping device. One side of the bag piece enters the automatic edge rolling device, which rolls one or both sides as needed. Then the sewing machine automatically sews, automatically cuts the sewing thread, and finally conveys it to the bag receiving table.
4. The starting sequence of the computerized sewing machine is as follows: First, align the bag cutting edge → turn on the guide device → turn on the photoelectric sensor → turn on the conveyor belt → set the bag cutting length and speed on the control panel → calibrate the photoelectric color mark position → adjust the sewing hem width → start the automatic bag cutting, and the computerized sewing machine will begin to run.

5. The cutting speed should be set according to the width of the bag pieces, generally set to 30 pieces/minute. The bag length can reach 1.3m and the width 80cm.
6. The bag receiving worker must pick out any leftover bags immediately. If long pieces of fabric or entire rolls of fabric are found that cannot be sewn, the machine must be stopped and the rolls removed.
7. Pick out any skipped stitches, broken threads, or poor folds that occur during the sewing process, remove the sewing thread, and sew the bag with a sewing machine.
8. If the sewing thread breaks during operation, first turn off the conveyor belt device and stop the conveyor belt from running before re-threading the sewing thread to prevent hand injury.
9. Never touch the bag cutter, thread cutter, or any moving parts with your hands while the equipment is in operation to prevent accidents. All production machinery and equipment presents safety risks during use; therefore, following the above precautions can effectively improve safety during operation.
10. If equipment or electrical components malfunction, seek professional repair services.
11. When there is a power outage or work stoppage, the power supply must be cut off, and the bags and debris on site must be cleaned up.
12. Attire must meet requirements. Earrings and necklaces are not allowed on duty; slippers or going barefoot on duty are not allowed.
