Hydraulic baler for woven bags

The high efficiency of a slitting machine is inseparable from regular maintenance. Maintenance not only reduces wear and tear on parts but also effectively eliminates potential hazards, greatly contributing to safe operation. Typically, professional technicians possess specialized maintenance techniques for slitting machines, including:

I. Cleaning of the integrated cutting and sewing machine

1. Cleaning the feed dog: Remove the screws between the needle plate and the feed dog, remove lint and dust, and add a small amount of special oil.

2. Cleaning the shuttle: The shuttle is the core of the sewing machine and also the part that is prone to failure. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the dirt and add a small amount of special oil regularly.

3. Cleaning other parts: The surface and all parts inside the panel of the cutting and sewing machine should be cleaned frequently.

2. Lubrication of the integrated cutting and sewing machine

Special engine oil must be used. After the equipment has been used continuously for one day or several days, the machine should be fully refueled. If the machine is refueled between uses, the machine should be allowed to idle for a period of time to fully soak the oil and shake off the excess oil. Then wipe the machine head and table with a clean soft cloth to avoid contaminating the sewing material. Then thread and sew the rag, use the movement of the sewing thread to wipe it clean, and shake off excess oil stains until there are no oil stains on the rag, and then proceed to formal sewing.
