Analysis of maintenance and repair issues for woven bag equipment
For any woven bag production equipment, whether it's a cutting and sewing integrated machine, a cutting, sewing, and printing integrated machine, a cutting, sewing, and hot-melt integrated machine, or a standard machine with separate cutting and bottom sewing functions, there are configurations with integrated electrical systems and purely electric components. Currently, printing machines are not purely electric and mostly use pneumatic components. Recently, some customers have reported some common issues, so we have compiled a simple explanation of these common questions to help customers use the equipment more smoothly.
1. What to do if equipment does not operate smoothly in winter?
Don't panic at this time. Often, poor operation is not due to damaged components, but rather because the cold weather causes the air in the trachea to liquefy and block the trachea. At this time, the pressure will be much lower than usual, and insufficient pressure supply due to the long distance will lead to poor operation.

It is recommended that users in northern regions purchase equipment with pure electric configurations. This way, there is no need to worry about blockages due to the lack of heating in the factory. In addition, pure electric configurations are more effective and stable.
2. What should I do if the scissors cause messy cutting at the seam seam?
Sometimes users handle a variety of woven bags, including kraft paper bags, feed bags, fertilizer bags, and semi-transparent and transparent bags. When using a cutting and sewing machine or a cutting and sewing stamping machine, if the type of bag changes, a situation arises where the cutting line cuts the bag. This mostly occurs when processing transparent bags. This phenomenon usually happens because the bag's transparency is too high, the photoelectric sensor's sensitivity is low, and the sensing signal is insufficient, resulting in this situation.
The suggestion is to replace the photoelectric sensor with a more sensitive one, or to manually adjust the sensitivity of the photoelectric sensor.
3. What if I don't know how to control the heat cutting temperature?
Long-time customers are usually quite familiar with the process; they can easily tell if the bag is too big or too small by looking at the cut edge. However, new customers, unfamiliar with the equipment, may not understand many aspects. A common issue is adjusting the cutting temperature after changing bags or making fine adjustments to the folding device to ensure a perfectly aligned fold and seam. When the woven bag equipment leaves the factory, our experienced technicians will personally come to your location for installation and debugging. At this stage, it's important to ask questions and practice. The technicians will provide hands-on guidance and corrections.
4. Maintenance of printing press rollers
The most wearing parts of printing machines are rubber rollers. The maintenance of rubber rollers is particularly important. Do not expose rubber rollers to the air during transportation. During use, the rubber rollers should be stained with ink and do not run idling. The rubber rollers are made of the chemical material nitrile, which is prone to drying and cracking. Everyone must be careful when using it
