1. When certain components of the cutting and sewing machine, such as the spindle support and sliding seat, are disassembled for maintenance or replaced with new parts, it is necessary to ensure the accurate distance between the sliding seat and the lower spindle weaving thread. It is recommended to first place a sliding frame and its corresponding upper spindle running on the sliding turntable so that the lower weaving thread is not hooked or cut off by the sliding frame when it is guided from the swing arm to the weaving point.

2. During rough adjustment, place the spindles on the two adjacent outer spindle supports, guide the weaving line to the weaving point through the swing rod, and stack them tightly. When the thread enters or exits the notch on the sliding turntable track of the automatic bag woven bag machine, the distance from it to the edge of the upper spindle sliding frame must be basically even. The adjustment of the distance can be accomplished by changing the gear rack forward or backward by one or several gears. If the correct adjustment distance cannot be reached by moving one tooth, you can perform fine-tuning according to the following process: loosen the five fixing screws on the inner ring gear. Since the through hole is oval, move the inner ring gear to complete the fine-tuning of the sliding frame. After the adjustment is in place, tighten the screws. Arrange other sliding frames evenly on the sliding ring track. If the swing height of the weaving line of the new swing bar is different after installation, it should be adjusted so that all the swing bars have the same stop point.
