Functions of the fully automatic hot and cold cutting and sewing machine:
This machine adopts a fully automatic PLC control system, touch screen operation, data display/recording/setting, and servo drive. It features both cold and hot blade operation, which can be switched with a single button.
Cold and hot cutting of woven bags enables automatic double-sided bag opening separation, EPC automatic correction, and high-precision automatic cutting.Woven bags;
Automatic PE film feeding, heat sealing, cutting, and EPC automatic alignment;
The outer bag has an automatically sewn bottom (the inner and outer bags can be sewn together or not), and the system automatically counts and collects bags.
This machine is easy to operate and can be run by a single person. It is suitable for: inner bags for ordinary bags, inner bags for laminated bags, inner bags for paper-plastic bags, inner bags for feed bags, inner bags for fertilizer bags, etc.
