It is recommended to first place a sliding frame and its corresponding upper spindle running on the sliding turntable so that the lower weaving thread is not hooked or cut off by the sliding frame when it is guided from the swing arm to the weaving point.
2. For coarse adjustment, place spindles on two adjacent outer spindle supports, guide the weaving thread to the weaving point via the swing rod, and fold it tightly. When the thread enters or exits from the slot on the sliding turntable track of the fully automatic bag weaving machine, the distance from its position to the edge of the upper spindle sliding frame must be basically level. The distance can be adjusted by changing one or more gears forward or backward on the gear frame. If moving one gear cannot achieve the accurate adjustment distance, fine adjustment can be performed as follows: Loosen the five fixing screws on the inner gear ring. Since the through hole is elliptical, moving the inner gear ring will complete the fine adjustment of the sliding frame. After adjustment, tighten the screws. Evenly place the other sliding frames on the sliding circular track. If the swing height of the weaving thread is different after the new swing rod is installed, it should be adjusted so that all swing rods have the same stop point.
