Problem with skipped stitches on woven bag bottom sewing machine
A manufacturer of new electric single-stitch sewing machines tells you: Instructions for using our bottom-sewing machines to prevent skipped stitches and other problems caused by improper operation, such as skipped stitches and overheating. Here, Xindeli will explain how to repair skipped stitches on woven bag bottom-sewing machines:
1. The thread is not threaded correctly; re-thread according to the "Threading Diagram".
2. The straight needle is not installed correctly; check the height and facing position of the needle so that it is slightly in front of the needle plate hole when the needle moves downward.
3. Straight needle tip broken, bent, etc.; replace the needle.
4. The tip of the curved needle becomes dull; use sandpaper to sharpen the needle, or replace the curved needle.
5. The suture tension is too high or too low; adjust the suture tension to the appropriate level.
6. The curved needle cannot cover the loop of the straight needle on the left side, causing the right stitch of the lower decorative thread to skip stitches; if the loop is too small, increase the amount of thread taken up appropriately.
7. The looper should not simultaneously cover the loops of the middle and left straight needles, causing skipped stitches on the middle and left stitches of the lower decorative thread; if the loop is too large, reduce the amount of thread taken up appropriately.
9. The needle thread in the middle and left side of the back of the looper should not be threaded into the knitting needle thread and looper thread triangle. There should be a skip stitch in the middle of the back of the left side stitch. Check whether the sewing thread passes through the thread clamp and the bottom thread cam works synchronously. If there is a problem, adjust it according to the standard.
10. Improper coordination between the needle, curved needle, and needle guard rod; check the needle bar height, the synchronization between the needle and curved needle, the hook distance between the needle and curved needle, and the relative position of the needle and needle guard rod. If there are any problems, adjust them according to the standards.
12. The needle and stretch needle are improperly matched, or the position of the stretch needle is wrong, causing the upper decorative thread to skip stitches; check the matching size of the needle and stretch needle, and the amount of thread out of the stretch needle thread.
It is clear from the above that most skipped stitches on woven bag sewing machines are caused by improper operation or incorrect installation. Therefore, the most important factor in maximizing the equipment's performance is proper use and installation.
