The manufacturer of the woven bag cutting, printing and receiving machine tells you: First, in order to avoid fire hazards, please keep the printing machine away from smoke and fire.

Second, to avoid electric shock and damage to electrical appliances, the machine must be grounded.

3. Customers with immature operating skills should practice by entering and exiting empty bags without adding ink or printing plates.

4. Close all doors on the machine to reduce dust entering the machine.

5. Before operation, check that tools and other workpieces are not placed on the machine cover and worktable.

6. The machine must be stopped before adding ink. After printing is complete, please separate the ink cartridge from the ink roller.

7. The inner contact surface of the electromagnet should be kept smooth. If there is dust or noise, it should be cleaned.

8. The printing tube and the conveying tube must be kept smooth and clean, otherwise it will seriously affect the printing effect.

9. Workers collecting the bags should be careful to ensure the conveyor belt does not deviate from its designated path.

10. Please lubricate the moving parts of the machine (excluding electrical components).

11. Clean the conveyor belt ink before leaving get off work each day.

12. Clean the electromagnet of dust once a month.

13. If the printing press is partially misaligned, double-sided tape can be used to elevate it.
