DL-QTF750 Cutting and Sewing Machine

Performance and features:

1. This machine adopts a fully automatic device controlled by PLC, operated by a touch screen, and driven by a servo drive.

2. Automatic heat-sealing and cutting of PE film at the bottom; heat-cutting and double-opening of woven bags; automatic PE film insertion; PE film equipped with automatic deviation correction, front and rear seam rubbing, and left and right double seam rubbing. Automatic cutting and automatic bagging cutting can be freely selected.

3. Automatic bag counting, stacking, and fixed displacement; (flying knife) and hot knife functions can be freely switched. Both cold and hot knives are made of imported materials. Hot knife: durable and practical, does not deform when heated, smokeless and environmentally friendly (the hot cutting belt automatically pinches the bag opening, preventing it from sticking).

4. The bottom of the woven bag can be folded single or double, and the bottom of the woven bag and the inner film can be sewn together or not. The length of the inner film at the top of the woven bag can be adjusted arbitrarily within the standard range.

5. This machine is easy to operate and can be operated by a single person. It is suitable for: inner bags for ordinary bags, inner bags for laminated bags, inner bags for paper-plastic bags, inner bags for feed bags, inner bags for fertilizer bags, etc.

6. Optional accessories include a bag cutting and hot-melt sewing machine and a printing machine. Special models can also be customized.
